Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans on the Connex platform. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd. By purchasing a plan, you accept this policy.
1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Connex offers the following annual paid plans, all prices in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST:

2. Subscription Billing
- All paid plans are sold as annual subscriptions valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Payment is charged in full at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified 30 days before expiry via push notification and/or email so you can renew manually.
- If you do not renew before expiry, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which paid features may be limited or revoked. After the grace period, your account is automatically downgraded to the free plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Technical failure: Payment was deducted but the plan was not activated due to an error on our part — full refund or plan activation at our discretion
- Duplicate payment: Charged twice for the same subscription — the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
- First-time Purchase Window: If you are purchasing a Connex paid plan for the very first time and cancel within 48 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund — provided zero connections have been made and no boards have been created on your account. Requests after 48 hours are not eligible under this clause.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Plans that have been actively used (connections made, boards created, features accessed)
- Plan upgrades from a lower to a higher tier — upgrade fees are non-refundable
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Use violations
- Partial periods of annual plans
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@connexapp.io with subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include: your registered email address, transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking)
- Razorpay processing may add 3–5 additional business days for the credit to appear in your account
5. Purchase Channel
All subscriptions are purchased through the Connex mobile app via Razorpay.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact support@connexapp.io within 30 days of the charge.
6. Disputes
For payment disputes, contact support@connexapp.io within 30 days of the charge. We will respond within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to consumerhelpline.gov.in or through Razorpay's dispute resolution process.
